Richard Whitla

Richard has dedicated his career exclusively to Criminal Law. Over the years he has built a reputation as an effective criminal lawyer and advocate, appearing routinely in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts in various jurisdictions throughout Queensland.

He has worked in the legal industry locally, nationally, and internationally.

Richard is admitted to practice in both the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia. He also sits as a Panel Member on the AFL Cairns Tribunal, is a Committee Member of the North Queensland Law Association and is a member of the Queensland Law Society.
